  • How long does each session last?
Many places put a time on each session they offer. The appointment will last around 1 hour, plus another 15 for set up and break down. Because it’s all depends on how cooperative the baby is, I want to show you as much of the baby as possible. I will pull all my tricks to get baby moving and cooperate so we can get awesome pictures and videos but if after 30-40 mins, if baby still isn’t cooperating then it is what it is, baby wins! We might not get a good 3D photo but usually we will still be able to get lots of good 2D and 4D videos of baby in action. *In the event we discover the baby is still in the very early stages of the pregnancy and no 3D/4D can be gathered, the session will be shorter and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
  • How to prep:
Double up on the water intake the entire week before an ultrasound is best! A gallon a day is preferable. That will help hydrate you and increase the amniotic fluid and give baby more space, and help us see baby better! Hence, better pictures. Eating a light meal an hour before the exam will help. Sometimes, having your baby’s favorite snacks/cold water/OJ will help get baby moving as well. I have seen parents talking to baby or singing to baby can help get baby moving :) How cute! *It is also helpful if you can decide before our appointment where you would like to have the scan done (on your couch, bedroom, any stairs in the pathway etc). It will help me prepare for setting up faster so we can have more time scanning baby.
  • Refund:
We don’t give refund on services rendered. You agree to pay to see your baby in his/her environment so whatever they chose to show you, that’s what we will get. I will try my best and pull out all my tricks to get baby to cooperate but sometimes, some babies are very determined to stay in certain position that’s really hard for us to get good images of the face. Since I will be scanning you for up to 45 mins, you will still get to see plenty of baby’s actions in the womb.
  • Special circumstances:
I hope to never have to encounter these unfortunate circumstances such as: if I happen to find something is wrong with the baby….I will have to refer you to go to your nearest hospital or your doctor for further evaluation. Your health and your baby’s health is of utmost importance. *Prices and rules are subjected to change
  • Reschedule/Cancellation:
Because the structure of my company is mobile service, means I have to plan my travel to you. I would really appreciate early notice so I can plan my day as well as letting other customers have the spot. Booking is not confirmed until non-refundable deposit is paid. Guidelines apply after paying the deposit: Reschedule a full 48 hours before the appointment (Ex. 3pm Friday appt = cut-off is 3pm Wednesday)

  • Is there a waiver I have to fill out and sign?
Yes, you do have to sign a waiver for us to be able to provide you with the service. You will typically be looking at the waiver and sign it while we set up the equipment for the scan.
  • Additional travel fees:
We will reach out to you after we receive your booking, including the travel fee. Address of where the session will be done is required when requesting a quote online.
  • Do you charge extra for twins/multiples?
$50 additional to the package, not per twin, up to triplets (it becomes very challenging after three 😅)
  • How early can you determine the gender?
Gender can be determined by ultrasound as soon as you have completed at least 15 weeks gestation, after checking the measurements.
  • Do you accept same-day appointments?
Unfortunately, we don't accept same day appointments anymore. Bookings need to be made atleast 48 hours prior to ensure we provide highest quality of service. This allows us to properly allocate time for travel, set up equipment, and prepare for client's needs. By planning ahead, we can ensure a smooth and reliable experience, which wouldn't be possible for last minute requests.

Yes, we proudly offer military, healthcare workers, and teacher discounts throughout the year. Please call or text for additional info on our latest promotions. May not be combined with other ongoing promos.

My home base is in Menifee, CA. Beyond these areas will depend upon availability. I will reach back to you to confirm if I am able to take your booking or not, plus your exact pricing for the session.
  • When do I pay for my session?
All sessions are required a non-refundable deposit to confirm the date/time. Deposit will be credited towards the session fee. The balance is due on the day of the session. You can pay via Venmo or Zelle. If you would like a quick response to your questions, txt Michelle at (951) 821-6659 (please include your name, trimester and address).
  • When is the best time to see baby's face?
Babies start accumulate their fat around 24-25 weeks. The earliest time to get the best images is at around 24 weeks and up to 35 weeks. Optimum time for 3D/4D scan is 25-29 weeks. After 35 weeks, things are getting tight in there and baby has descended into your pelvis. There is usually not enough space for baby to move and hence if baby is not in a good position, it is really hard to get a good face shot. Factors such as amount of amniotic fluid can affect the clarity of the pictures. The more fluid you have, the better chance of us getting better pictures and 4D videos. This is why we recommend moms to stay hydrated and drink at least 1 gallon of water each day.
  • Do clients have to wear masks during the appointment?
It is not required that you wear a mask during the session. I, the technologist, will be wearing mask at all times to protect you, my client, as well as myself. I would appreciate it if you can wear your mask if you know that you might have caught something and not feeling well. If you know you have something contagious, please let me know in advance so I can wear proper PPE. I appreciate your cooperation in keeping us both healthy!
  • How many people can I have during the session?
You can have as many friends and family as your living room allows! I do recommend that you make sure everyone who is joining is healthy and won't risk giving something to the whole group, especially to you and baby.
